I am sandeep roy, i completed my master from IIT Dhanbad in the specialization of machine design in mechanical engineering branch. Now i am working as lead educator in orchid the international school and teaching is my passion and explaining the difficult concept in a simplified manner in conjunction with real life examples is my methodology. As per me teaching is a creative skill that need to be delivered in a effective way to reach maximum number of people in a fun filled way. Instead of delivering of content in a conventional way, its the basic responsibility of each educator to deliver every content in a creative way, which not only relief the stress level and fear factor toward study , but also it can be utilized by students in their real life problem solving ,which will served the society in a efficiently way.
