Peace Adetayo Adejumobi is a native of Igboho, Oyo State. She is 18 years old and she is passionate in helping people and solving problems both in her community and the world at large. Her future ambition is to become an Astrobiologist to further her studies deeply in Astronomy and Astrophysics and learn how to discover extraterrestrial life. Peace is a hardworking and diligent young leader in her community. She cherished education and always makes sure her colleagues are not left out of being successful. She encouraged her mates to participate in the 2019 edition of the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition in which she also participated, and she emerged as the First Regional Award of Africa. She also represented her school in many competitions. She mentored her junior ones and one of them emerged the National winner of the 2020 edition of the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition. Her mentees has made a lot of wins which include: Global Award from Conrad. Top ten finalist of Beyond School Community Challenge. National winner of the Diamond Challenge. Her passion for education has made her an Ambassador for International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition in 2020 till date. She is an active member of Thought for Food whose mission is to make awareness about Agriculture for Youths.
