Partha Pratim Sarkar is pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where he works in the Applied Bio-Microfluidics Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ye Ai. Partha's research interests include microfluidics, lab-on-a-chip, single-cell analysis, and biosensors. Partha has a strong background in engineering and data analysis, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National University of Bangladesh and worked as a data analyst at Quantanite and an executive at SEBPO. He is a student member of IEEE and a brand ambassador for IEEE. He has won multiple awards for his innovative projects, such as the IEEE YESIST12 Innovation Challenge 2021, the Best Paper Award at the IEEE RAAICON 2019, and the IAAC Ambassador Award 2019. He has also published several papers in reputed conferences and participated in various national and international contests. Partha is passionate about creating solutions that can improve the lives of people. He is a public speaker and a leader who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
