Research Institute of Creative Education (RICE) is an institute operated in the field of general education. Our mission is to foster creativity and spark innovation; to promote integration of theory and practice; to encourage, engage and expose students to a wide variety of skills and concepts to become global citizens. RICE acts as a member of International Federation of Inventors Associations (IFIA – the global platform for invention and innovation) and cooperates with Ministry of Education and Training together with Departments of Education and Training in the territory to pursue invention, innovation and experience activities.
